We served a classic chicken salad and a southern style chicken salad in the restaurant. While I thought between these two, every palate could be satisfied, my wife and kids proved otherwise. Hence, the third style being born. We’ll call this the plain Jane. Between these three, hopefully you can satisfy all chicken salad eaters in your crew.
