Fried Pork Chop Sammy

We love a pork chop in our house. It’s not often that we fry food at home so when we do, it really feels like a special treat. In the restaurant, we used regular vegetable oil but my wife doesn’t let us eat seed oils over here so were frying with olive oil today.
