A happy accident delight!
Like most great recipes, this is a Bob Ross Happy Accident Pasta. I was planning to make Penne ala vodka one night and didn’t have half the ingredients I needed. I scrambled together things I had on hand and made one of the most amazing pasta dishes we’ve ever had!
