Zucchini Cake or Bread

Is it a vegetable? It is a dessert? You be the judge.

This is another favorite recipe of mine belonging to my grandmother. She would serve this at holidays, especially Christmas time. I like it more as a warm weather treat, it is a great way to use up some of the zucchini we will have in abundance in the coming months.
